This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) applies to all Subscribers and Authorised Users of the GEO Roadmap Platform. It should be read alongside the Terms of Service. By accessing the Platform, you agree to comply with this AUP.

The purpose of this AUP is to ensure the Platform remains a trusted, effective, and exclusively agency-focused tool. We enforce it to protect all Subscribers, their clients, and the integrity of the Platform.

1. Permitted Use

The Platform may be used to:

• Generate Audits and Roadmaps for genuine prospective or existing clients of the Subscriber’s marketing agency;
• Conduct Discovery Sessions on behalf of or in conjunction with clients;
• White-label and present Platform Outputs to clients in accordance with the White-Label and Reseller Terms;
• Use the Platform’s domain management features to organise and track active sales pipelines.

2. Prohibited Use

The following uses are strictly prohibited:

2.1 Competitive Intelligence Abuse

• Submitting Client Domains for the purpose of gathering competitive intelligence for a third party rather than to generate a genuine sales engagement;
• Running Audits on competitor clients in bulk to map their weaknesses for commercial advantage outside of the Platform’s intended purpose.

2.2 Misrepresentation

• Presenting Platform Outputs as independently produced analysis when pitching to clients, if doing so would be materially misleading;
• Altering Audit scores, Roadmap recommendations, or any quantitative data in Platform Outputs before presenting them to clients;
• Using Platform Outputs to make claims that are not supported by the analysis (e.g., fabricating benchmark comparisons).

2.3 Technical Abuse

• Attempting to reverse-engineer the Platform’s scoring methodology, AI prompts, or data extraction logic;
• Using automated scripts, bots, or tools to interact with the Platform in a manner that circumvents rate limits or normal usage patterns;
• Attempting to access another Subscriber’s account, data, or locked domains;
• Interfering with or disrupting Platform infrastructure, servers, or networks.

2.4 Privacy Violations

• Submitting Client Domains belonging to individuals (rather than businesses) where doing so would involve the collection of personal data without a lawful basis;
• Using Discovery Session transcripts or outputs in a manner that violates applicable privacy laws in the Subscriber’s or client’s jurisdiction.

2.5 Illegal Activity

Using the Platform in connection with any activity that violates applicable law, including spam legislation, data protection law, consumer protection law, or any law prohibiting unfair commercial practices.

3. Enforcement

GEO Roadmap may investigate suspected breaches of this AUP and, at its discretion, may: issue a warning, suspend credits or features, suspend the Subscriber’s account, or terminate the subscription. We will generally provide notice before taking action unless the breach involves fraud, criminal activity, or immediate harm to the Platform or other Subscribers.

Repeated or serious breaches may result in permanent exclusion from the Platform.

If you become aware of any use of the Platform that you believe violates this AUP, please report it to legal@georoadmap.ai. Reports are treated confidentially.
